You acknowledge and agree that certain services may provide password-restricted access to customer information such as names and certain terms of your contracts. By using this website and registering for such services, you consent to our display of such information via the services and accept all risks of unauthorized access to such information. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services or any portion thereof. You are responsible for all costs and charges, including without limitation, phone charges and telecommunications equipment, that you incur in order to use the services.

As a condition of your use of the website, you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers, or the network(s) connected to our servers, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to services, materials, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any connected servers or to the website, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the website.

We use a weight system to calculate our delivery charges. The total charge will be calculated in your basket/checkout.
We now deliver to certain overseas destinations ( selected European countries, United States, Australia and New Zeland ). If you require a delivery not covered by our system please phone us to arrange a  transport quote.
For Uk deliveries to the Higlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of White and the Scilly Isles the will be a transport surcharge applied to vulnerable,larger or heavier items  that we send using a courier. The additional cost for courier deliveries to these areas will be standard courier delivery charge of £9.50 + £21.50 surcharge = £30 ( please see the postcode list at the bottom of the page for areas that this applies to )
Many of our deliveries over 1.5 kilos will be made using a courier company on weekdays, between 8am and 5.30pm. We will try to contact you in advance to arrange a courier delivery as a signature is required to receive the delivery. Repeated failure to meet a deliveries on pre-arranged days may result in extra delivery charge being made.

Smaller items may be sent with the post office, parcel companies  or Airsure who will attempt delivery on a weekday without notice. Failed deliveries will be carded so that the customer has another opportunity to accept delivery or the parcel may be taken to a post office collection centre for you to sign and collect when convenient. We must wait 14 days from posting date if a parcel is deemed lost to comply with Royal Mail terms and conditions. After 14 days a replacement or refund can be arranged.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the customer’s responsibility and the customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.

Where the Customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods we may, at our discretion, cancel the entire or part of the order and charge the Customer for storage, shipping and insurance of the goods.
We do not offer an installation, unpacking or assembly service. The responsibility of unpacking and any assembly is with the customer.
Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to non delivery or a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.
Special delivery arrangements can be made , these will incur an extra charge , please call for details

Overseas Deliveries
We use Airsure for most european and North American deliveries of small parcels up to 2kg. It is a trackable and requires a signature on receipt. For all overseas deliveries over 1.5kg ( and up to 10kg ) we use UPS, this again is trackable and requires a signature. They may not be the cheapest but they are reliable.

UK courier surcharge areas – HS (all), KW (all),PA ( 20-49), PA (60 -78), PH(17-26), PH (30-34), PH (49-50),ZE(all),TR(21-25)


Our policy is to take anything back that you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery and a full refund of the returned item will be made providing the following conditions are met:

A/ The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of larger items or products that require specific treatment we reserve the right to nominate a specialist transport company to reduce the risk of damage due to poor handling.This cost will be passed on to the client and will also be charged each time the client accepts a returns collection date but fails to meet that collection appointment.
B/ The goods must be adequately packed including all original packing to prevent damage in transit.
C/ Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement.
D/The returns and refunds policy does not apply to products that have been specially requested or made to order to particular requirements. Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy, the customer will be made aware of this when the order is accepted.
E/ The refund is for the cost of the item only and does not include the initial delivery charge.

If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Failure to do so will disqualify you against a free replacement. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery.This will help us to claim against the delivery company.

After placing your order there is a short period of time where you have the ability to cancel items free of charge – usually before the order is sent to the manufacturers (made to order) or shipped (stock items). Please make all cancelletions by phone to 01904 671155 or e-mail to shop@snow-home.co.uk. Once the order has progressed beyond this point a cancellation charge will apply. This charge shall not exceed 10% of the item cost .If it is not possible to prevent your order from being dispatched you can return the product in line with our returns policy.
We reserve the right to cancel items ordered or an entire order for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full price paid for each canceled item. In such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you without delay to explain why a cancellation was necessary.
For orders where products are specially requested by the customer no cancellation facility is available. Trade or large volume orders may also be excluded from cancellation but the purchaser will be made aware of this prior to the order being accepted.

All our sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur. Colours may not be exact due to reproduction limitations and resolution settings of your computer.
No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing
