LOWTIDE is a brand new collection from The Very Good Candle Company, inspired by the seascapes where land and water meet, full of hidden treasures left behind by the ocean. Consisting of 3 unique scents; AMBRA, ALGA and ANTRA, marine and earthy notes captured in beautiful ceramic cups.
The Lowtide Collection is packaged in handmade, ceramic cups made by Archive Studio, a design studio based in The Netherlands. The cups have ribbed pattern and come in 3 colours; dark grey, moss green and sandy white. These natural colours will easily blend in with all the favourite spots and things you love most around your house.
Scent Story: Seaweeds are versatile marine plants that grow in abundant forests and tower like underwater redwoods from their roots at the bottom of the sea. Pieces of this marine forest get carried in by the tide, and left behind like green gems on the sand. Earthy aromas of oakmoss fused with the marine smell of seaweed join green fig to layer over the herbaceous duo of coriander seed and sage. Alga culminates in a scent that’s like a walk through a wet forest gently swaying in the dark depths of the big blue ocean.

ALGA is packaged in a moss green, column cup and comes is a matching color box.
Hand-poured into bespoke ceramic cups in our small studio located in the heart of Amsterdam. The candles emit a warming glow and work well in everyone’s interior. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free.
Ingredients: 100% natural rapeseed wax, essential oils, paraben free-botanical fragrances and cotton wick.
