This set of four circular coasters is designed and made by British company Wild+Wood, and are a beautiful addition to any table. Treated with beeswax to enhance the natural pagination of the material. There is a cork base to protect your surfaces from the concrete.
Made in Lincolnshire from an improved Eco Concrete.
Wild + Wood have in the last few years totally re-examined how they make in response to growing concerns over the environmental impact of concrete production. Their newly developed material uses over 20 times less carbon in its production than previously, largely due to a move away from freshly quarried local rocks to post-industrial stone waste. They hope to push this further in the time ahead and develop a carbon neutral material for their work.
Size: each coaster is 10cm in diameter and 8mm deep.
